En poco tiempo los contagios aumentaron exponencialmente afectando a varios pa\u00edses. Este segundo estado de alarma, en comparaci\u00f3n con el anterior, no paraliz\u00f3 la actividad del pa\u00eds ni impuso el confinamiento domiciliario de los ciudadanos, sino que se fundament\u00f3 en la limitaci\u00f3n de movilidad nocturna de car\u00e1cter general junto a la posibilidad de cerrar la entrada y salida de los territorios, y la limitaci\u00f3n de reuniones sociales, delegando en las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas la ejecuci\u00f3n de su cumplimiento.
